Refund policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all digital products. Refund requests received within 30 days of purchase will be honoured promptly. No reason is required in order to request a refund.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Hubbard Digital Pty. Ltd. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase. 

After 30 days post-purchase, if you opted to pay in instalments via a payment plan, you are required to complete all payments under the relevant payment plan that you agreed to. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 3% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
